- Create algorithms to evaluate the safety, comfort, and other performance aspects of autonomous driving systems to ensure their reliable operation
- Understand business requirements, delve deep into autonomous driving operations, map out business processes, and design data pipelines and metric systems to quantify the capabilities of the autonomous driving system
- Aggregate and analyze autonomous driving test data, perform deep-dive investigations into the causes of data variations, and identify system issues through data analysis
- Take responsibility for data visualization and the automation of reports to present data intuitively and support decision-making
- Efficiently extract high-value traffic scenarios from massive, unstructured test data to drive improvements in the autonomous driving system
- Utilize algorithmic models or rules to develop performance metrics and automated evaluation methods for autonomous driving algorithms
- Build a comprehensive framework for evaluating autonomous driving behavior
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Engineering, Statistics, or a related field - Programming
Skills:
Proficient in C++, with a solid programming foundation and a strong sense of good coding practices. Familiar with common data structures and algorithms, capable of writing efficient and stable code. Experience with development in a Linux/Unix environment, familiar with common development and debugging tools - Data Analysis
Skills:
Proficient in big data processing and analysis, with expertise in SQL and Python programming, and the ability to identify patterns from massive datasets and build effective evaluation models - General
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure; adept at analyzing problems from multiple dimensions with clear and logical thinking; passionate about the autonomous vehicle industry, enjoys challenges, thinks critically, learns quickly, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility - Bonus Points:
Excellent skills in metric design and analysis, with the ability to solve complex problems quickly; familiarity with the principles and applications of machine learning and deep learning algorithms; familiarity with open-source frameworks and simulation platforms related to autonomous driving
