As the Technical Product Manager, Service Now, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, delivery, configuration, and ongoing evolution of Premier Nutrition’s Service Now platform. You will partner closely with IT, business stakeholders, platform administrators, developers, and vendor partners to translate business needs into scalable Service Now capabilities that improve intake, delivery, support, governance, reporting, integrations, and the overall employee experience.

This is a hands‑on product role for someone who can define the roadmap, manage projects and enhancements, configure and develop solutions, support releases and upgrades, and see improvements through from discovery to adoption.
