We are eager to share a new opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk. The ideal candidate needs to be a motivated worker with experience in a small office where everyone helps one another.

• Process Accounts Payable
• Process Payroll
• Assist others as needed
• Provide financial, administrative and clerical services including answering the phones
• Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs, Sage 100
• MS Office Products, 10-key & E-mail
• Skills testing required

• Excellent attendance and on time record
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar position
• 2+ years experience in payroll
• 2+ years experience in accounts payable
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn
