We are seeking a motivated
Automotive
Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving revenue growth, training the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to improve showroom traffic and conversion rates.
• Monitor and manage CRM usage to ensure accurate customer follow-up and data management.
• Assist in appraising and pricing trade‑ins and pre‑owned inventory.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Finance Manager to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, Mercedes‑Benz standards, and federal/state regulations.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategy as needed to remain competitive.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, enhancing retention and referrals.
