- Manage Commercial HVAC Construction projects
- Be responsible for project budget and schedule
- Represent Burkholder's at job meetings and with owners, contractors and vendors
- Generate two week look aheads, change orders, RFI's and other construction operation documents
- Complete project closeout documentation including as builts and O&M's
- Promote safe working conditions
- Prepare job cost and productivity reports
- Prepare monthly billing
- Coordinate with the office and on site supervision
- Mentor and develop field personnel
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a group
- Maintain Valid Driver's License
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Drug Screen and Background Check required
