Commercial Lines Client Manager

Seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused Commercial Lines Client Manager to join a dynamic team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for managing and nurturing relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are accurately addressed. • Act as the key account manager for a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
• Manage the complete client lifecycle, including onboarding, policy renewals, coverage reviews, and claims support.
• Collaborate with internal underwriting, account servicing, and sales teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Review and analyze client accounts to identify gaps, ensure coverage accuracy, and recommend additional products or services as needed.
• Address and resolve client concerns proactively while anticipating future needs to mitigate risks.
• Stay current with industry changes, regulatory updates, and market trends to provide professional advice.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and senior management.

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within Commercial Insurance or Risk Management (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial lines products, coverage options, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in insurance management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor and support colleagues.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail for reviewing documents and providing customized client solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant insurance certifications such as CIC, CPCU, or CRM are highly desired.
