Guardian is looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Floor Technician to join our growing team in Allentown, PA. This is a hands-on role where you'll take pride in delivering exceptional floor care results for commercial clients across the region. Responsibilities:- Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and scrubbing of hard surface floors
- Operate commercial floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, and extractors
- Provide carpet cleaning services including hot water extraction and spot treatment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, supplies, and work areas
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and solutions
- Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors regarding job status and site conditions
- Complete work orders and service logs accurately and on time
- Prior experience in commercial floor care or janitorial services preferred
- Familiarity with hard floor maintenance techniques including strip, seal, and finish applications
- Ability to operate heavy floor care equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
