Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally and safely.Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency.Troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical and electrical problems quickly and efficiently.Training and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.Managing maintenance budgets, controlling costs while ensuring the high quality of work.Collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work.Utilizing knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical systems to optimize equipment performance and longevity.Regularly inspecting and evaluating physical plant and equipment to identify any potential issues or improvements.Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and hydraulics.Proven supervisory skills, with a track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams.Strong troubleshooting abilities, with a knack for solving complex mechanical and electrical problems.Experience in developing and implementing effective training and development programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Industrial Technology is preferred, but not required.Certifications in relevant areas such as electrical systems, mechanical systems, or hydraulics would be a plus.A Bit About Us
