Overview
Sales and Service Specialist (Multi-Site) – Full-time career opportunity based out of the Lehigh/Northampton County market in PA. Requires flexibility to travel to various financial centers in the market as needed and must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours in assigned market (no Sundays).
The Sales and Services Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling customer needs from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm. Provide customers with a one-stop experience to fulfill all financial needs from account opening and maintenance to processing transactions. Focus on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor. Actively promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals.
Time spent in various aspects of this universal role will vary depending upon Financial Center traffic and customer needs. Schedule and location may vary from day to day. Travel to various financial centers as assigned.
- Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
- Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
- Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Experience
1 or more years customer service or sales experience. (Required)
6 to 12 months cash handling experience. (Preferred)

The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The hourly rate for this position is $18.25 - $28.61.
