Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Our Route Service Representatives enjoy comprehensive 10‑week training, a solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route, majority work a 4‑day workweek, majority work no nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver's license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation regarding previous employment.
• Must meet Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, with completed DOT compliance prior to first day.
