What You'll Do- Prospect and develop new business throughout the Lehigh Valley.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Partner with recruiters to deliver exceptional staffing solutions.
- Grow your territory and exceed sales goals.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing experience is a plus).
- A true hunter with a passion for winning new business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- CRM experience and reliable transportation.
