Pay: $400/ week draw (restarts monthly) + commission. Total avg $50-120K a year.
Position Summary:The New Vehicle Salesperson is directly responsible for selling new vehicles meeting gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. Must present a professional appearance.
Essential Duties:

Provide outstanding customer service throughout all steps of the sales process - every interaction counts!
Follow up on sales leads generated by the BDC
Explain and demonstrate features either in the showroom, lot or on test drives
Work with Sales and Finance Managers to negotiate sales prince, trade-in allowance, any available discounts, etc.
Completes all required paperwork
Delivers the automobile and explains all the features to the customer
Attends Meetings and Training sessions as required.
Must have a valid driver's license

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

Car sales experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License and good driving record
