• Meet with area business to assess their HVAC maintenance needs
• Develop and sell proposed maintenance contract to customers
• Establish relationships with customers to foster trusted interactions
• Maintain accurate records to organize current HVAC Maintenance Contracts and analyze future HVAC Maintenance opportunities
• Represent Burkholder’s in the community and develop new business opportunities
• Strengthen current long-term relationships
