Disesel Mechanic

EPIC TOURS LLC in Emmaus, PA is looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet running at peak performance. • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel-powered vehicles and fleet equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and software
• Conduct engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and drivetrain servicing
• Inspect and replace worn or damaged components including brakes, suspension, and exhaust systems
• Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs and parts used
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and DOT compliance standards
• Collaborate with fleet managers to prioritize and schedule preventive maintenance

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical components
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computerized repair systems
• ASE certification or equivalent trade school/vocational training preferred
• Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
