Als HR & Salaris-adviseur ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers op het gebied van personeelszaken en salarisadministratie. Je ondersteunt een eigen klantenportefeuille en adviseert werkgevers over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken, arbeidsvoorwaarden en actuele wet- en regelgeving.
Daarnaast verzorg je salarisadministraties en denk je proactief mee over oplossingen die aansluiten bij de organisatie en ambities van de klant.
