Tangenborgh zoekt een recruiter ouderenzorg om talent aan te trekken en te matchen met onze zorglocaties. Je bent hét gezicht van de organisatie en zorgt voor een warme, professionele werving en selectie.
Je voert intakegesprekken, stelt vacatures op, plaatst deze op diverse kanalen en houdt sollicitaties gedurende het hele proces in de gaten. Je werkt nauw samen met het P&O-team en de zorglocaties, met ruimte voor zelfstandigheid, maar altijd in verbinding met collega's.
