Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Manage the day‑to‑day activities of the engineering team while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project timelines. Support a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence by guiding the professional growth of individual engineers.

• Engineering Leadership & Supervision
  :
  Oversees engineering team performance, provides leadership and motivation, including remote team coordination and evaluations.
• Project & Process Management
  :
  Leads project planning, execution, and Phase Gate management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Product Development & Validation
  :
  Manages test systems, experimental design, product validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross‑Functional & Customer Collaboration
  :
  Coordinates with internal teams and customers to align project scope and support multi‑site efforts.
• Accountability & Values Alignment
  :
  Completes ad‑hoc assignments while adhering to managerial expectations, company mission, and core values.

Education
:
Minimum requirement – Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience
: 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use. The role also involves climbing stairs multiple times per day and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
