We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on RO Site Manager (RSM) to oversee the appearance, maintenance, and overall readiness of a self‑storage facility.
This is a part‑time role ideal for someone who is self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
As our RO Site Manager, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the property. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular property walk‑throughs and unit inspections
- Preparing vacant units to be clean, secure, and rent‑ready
- Maintaining exterior grounds (lawn care, snow removal, trash removal, light landscaping, etc.)
- Completing lock audits and security checks
- Responding to maintenance requests and property issues
- Coordinating with third‑party vendors when needed
- Supporting lien/foreclosure procedures as required
- Collecting payments from on‑site drop boxes (if applicable)
- Ensuring company cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of property maintenance or related experience preferred
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and basic apps
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Self‑starter who can manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Work Environment: This work is performed both indoors and outdoors with fluctuating noise levels and some hazardous exposure (i.e., chemicals, power tools, etc.)
