Education:

Minimum Requirement - Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience:

5+ years relevant experience.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use. The role also involves climbing stairs multiple times per day and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs. • Product Launch & Pilot Production – Leads new product launches and pilot production, managing schedules and resolving manufacturability issues.
• Process & Cost Improvement – Drives cost reduction, capacity improvement, supply chain optimization, and process enhancements.
• Compliance & Collaboration – Ensures industry specification compliance, collaborates cross-functionally, schedules equipment maintenance, and prioritizes projects.
• Accountability & Values – Performs additional duties as assigned while aligning with company core values.
• Design & Documentation – Designs fixtures, equipment, and production lines, workflows, and work instructions.
• Technical Support & Training – Provides technician training, conducts technical and failure analysis, and supports line maintenance and equipment.

• Production Planning & Lean Manufacturing – Applies production planning techniques along with LEAN principles and 5S workplace organization to optimize workflow.
• Equipment & Process Knowledge – Maintains equipment, operates CNC machinery, and utilizes GD&T for precise manufacturing processes.
