We are seeking a full‑time Accountant with experience in general accounting and a bachelor’s degree to join our team in Abilene, Texas. The role is hybrid/remote with remote capability for those in or around the Abilene area.

Salary: Average salary $61,131.20, inclusive of wages, incentives, bonuses, and shift differential.

• Complete in‑depth financial analysis of all agency departments.
• Prepare and submit financial management reports for review and action.
• Assist in the management of agency cash flow.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support the organization’s mission.

• Experience in general accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail, self‑motivated, and a team player.
• Compassionate, eager to learn, and able to think outside the box.
