Required Qualifications:- Current Kansas Special Education Teaching License
- Experience with early childhood and/or elementary intensive skills caseloads preferred
- Expertise or strong interest in autism spectrum classroom instruction
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Deliver direct instruction and support to students with intensive learning and behavioral needs
- Implement specialized strategies for early childhood and elementary-aged students in an autism classroom setting
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educational staff, families, and related service providers
- Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress effectively
