Required Qualifications:
  • Current Kansas Special Education Teaching License
  • Experience with early childhood and/or elementary intensive skills caseloads preferred
  • Expertise or strong interest in autism spectrum classroom instruction
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
Core Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct instruction and support to students with intensive learning and behavioral needs
  • Implement specialized strategies for early childhood and elementary-aged students in an autism classroom setting
  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educational staff, families, and related service providers
  • Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress effectively
