IT Technician

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team in the Topeka, KS Area. You will provide technical support and ensure smooth operations for our team and the critical work we do for kids and families.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues.
• Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities.
• Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days.
• Supporting staff in your assigned region, with occasional travel as required.
• Collaborating with a forward-thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in computer systems or a helpdesk setting is preferred.
• Training:
  On-the-job training provided.
• Other:
  Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
