Operator Logistics

JOB SUMMARY

Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. Must follow instructions (written and verbal), safely and accurately complete assigned duties, and maintain GMP standards. Duties include loading and unloading trucks, receiving raw materials and products, picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping products using forklift and pallet jack. Maintain receiving and shipping logs and ensure incoming and outgoing products are in good condition.

Move raw and packaging materials to the production area using the FIFO standard. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse. Workers are required to lift 50 pounds, walk or stand for most of the shift.

• Operate a forklift safely.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Receive material.
• Maintain receiving and shipping logs.
• Move material.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must pass forklift test and driver test provided by the company.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional post‑secondary education preferred in fields such as material handling, warehouse, distribution, or packaging. Prior work experience in a manufacturing warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Manufacturing environment.

Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, twist, crawl, and climb stairs/ladders. Must lift up to 50 pounds.

Reading, writing, seeing, hearing, communicating, adding, subtracting, and understanding instructions.

Forklifts, electric and manual floor jacks, dollies, computer, pencil, markers, cardboard, bump hat, ear plugs, safety glasses, and hair net.
