Simmons Foods in Emporia, KS seeks a production batch operator to prepare gravy ingredient batches per approved formulas. You will interpret batching sheets, stage and weigh ingredients, and ensure proper recording of lot numbers and suppliers.
You must inspect bags for quality and safety, maintain clean work areas, and follow GMP practices. Candidates should be able to lift 40–60 pounds, read and write in English, and work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
