We are seeking a talented and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team and make a difference at the largest and most clinically capable Critical Access Hospital in Kansas. We have one full time position available 7:00p.m. to 7:00a.m.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehab setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and outcomes
- Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to changes
- Utilize clinical skills across a diverse patient population
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with patients and team members
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Kansas RN or LPN license
- Familiarity with medical software and healthcare equipment
- Strong ability to build rapport with patients and families
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
