Registered Nurse Clinical Decisions We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Clinical Decisions to provide comprehensive nursing care and support clinical decision-making for patients requiring evaluation, observation, and appropriate care planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients and evaluate clinical conditions to support appropriate care decisions.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient status.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to determine appropriate patient care and disposition.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety and infection prevention standards.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous acute-care, emergency, observation, or clinical decision-making experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
