A boutique commercial real estate firm in Encinitas, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager/Office Manager to start ASAP.
Temporary, 3-6 months.
M-F 9-5 as needed; must have flexibility on hours.
$25-$30/hr DOE.
QualificationsExperience with commercial leasing or real estate operations, required.
Duties- Coordinate work orders and tenant issues, answer phones, and keep a record of interactions with tenants.
- Maintain attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Support relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Use word processing software and related tools; knowledge of MRI or Avid software a plus.
- Perform office management duties: answering phones, filing, supporting staff with tasks, collecting and sorting mail, ordering office supplies, and understanding office equipment.
- Preferred: AP knowledge, supporting department with data entry.
