You'll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of project development, including client interaction and production of technical drawings and renderings.
Qualifications:- Bachelor of Architecture
- Revit
- K-12, DSA, or other education project experience is required
- Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents is a plus
- Create innovative architectural designs for K-12 schools, higher education facilities, and other learning environments.
- Ensure designs align with educational programming requirements, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using BIM tools (e.g., Revit).
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with building codes, ADA, and local regulations.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design review
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient strategies into all projects.
