Architectural Designer
- Revit - hybrid remote - DSA Encinitas, CA Full-Time Hybrid $70,000 - $90,000 /yr

You'll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of project development, including client interaction and production of technical drawings and renderings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Architecture
  • Revit
  • K-12, DSA, or other education project experience is required
  • Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative architectural designs for K-12 schools, higher education facilities, and other learning environments.
  • Ensure designs align with educational programming requirements, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using BIM tools (e.g., Revit).
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance with building codes, ADA, and local regulations.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design review
  • Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
  • Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient strategies into all projects.
