Site Program Support Teacher
The Encinitas Union School District is seeking a dedicated Site Program Support Teacher to join the team at El Camino Creek Elementary School for the school year. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about literacy, skilled in differentiated instruction, and eager to support student success through targeted reading intervention. Responsibilities include delivering small-group and/or one-on-one reading intervention using evidence-based practices, collaborating with classroom teachers and support staff to identify student needs and monitor progress, using assessment data to guide instruction and document student growth, and participating in relevant meetings and trainings as needed.
The work schedule is Monday through Thursday - 8:30am-2:00pm (includes a 30 minute unpaid break); 20 hours per week total. The position is for the school year, 9/8/2026 through 5/28/2027; however, depending on funding may continue for additional years. No Health and Welfare benefits offered.
NOTE:
This posting will be closed based on applicant pool/district needs. EUSD is located in North San Diego County along the coast. It serves nine (9) Kindergarten through sixth grade schools, and one (1) pre-school for students with special needs. District's Vision:
