We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mild to Moderate Support Needs Education Specialist to join our candidate pool for upcoming middle and high school opportunities within our district. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require targeted academic and behavioral support and a strong commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. As positions become available, selected candidates may be contacted to provide individualized and small‑group instruction, implement standards‑based curriculum with appropriate accommodations and modifications, and support students in achieving their IEP goals.

• Provide individualized and small‑group instruction to students with mild to moderate support needs.
• Implement standards‑based curriculum with appropriate accommodations and modifications.
• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

• Possession of a valid California Education Specialist Instruction credential in the subject matter of posting.
• Authorization in Mild to Moderate Support Needs (highly desired).
• English Learners Authorization.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.

$71,571 to $103,136 per year (full‑time assignment; part‑time assignments prorated). Pay is dependent on experience. Candidates with two or more years of full‑time K‑12 public school experience start on step 3.
