The YMCA Preschool Program at Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA in Encinitas seeks a Head Teacher to supervise and engage a class of 12 two-year-olds. You will implement developmentally appropriate activities and ensure a safe, caring environment.
Qualified candidates have 24 ECE units and at least 3 years in a child care setting, with strong English reading/writing skills. The role is full-time, 8:45am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday, in Encinitas, CA.
