Our front desk team is the heart of our hair salon and keep the salon running smoothly — welcoming clients, managing appointments, supporting our stylists, and creating a five-star experience from start to finish.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and available for evenings and weekends
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or salon environments (a plus)
• Experience with salon booking software (a plus)

• Greet and check in all salon + boutique guests with a friendly smile
• Manage phone calls, text messages, and appointment scheduling
• Support stylists and management with daily operations
• Handle transactions, product sales, and retail merchandising
• Maintain cleanliness and flow of the front desk and boutique area
• Assist with social media content, client communication, and events
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects the Station brand
