* Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
* Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
* Leads and participates in individual and group activities as directed by Director of LE and Specialist in that level of care.
* Will assist in planning and organizing the Life Enrichment activities.
* Provides and leads individual and group activities in the daytime, evenings & weekends.
* Will assist as needed with paperwork, attendance sheets, room and food requests and documentation of resident’s plan of care.
* Maintains the Life Enrichment bulletin and electronic boards.
