* Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
* Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
* Food Handlers' certification
* First Aid certification
* Provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensures residents' care needs are met.
* Records care provided in the Matrix Electronic Medical Record System and follows medication administration procedures.
* Responds to medical emergencies, providing basic first aid and following protocol.
* Assists with meal service, monitors food intake, and helps residents during mealtimes.
* Transports residents with appropriate assistance and encourages participation in social activities.
* Reports changes in resident condition to the Assisted Living Director and maintain confidentiality.
* Assists with training new staff, supports resident care plans, and ensures proper safety and infection control measures are followed.
