Overview

Licensed Therapist - Mood Therapy is expanding into a brand-new, modern office space at Palomar Airport in early 2026. Part-Time/Contract Position | Encinitas/Carlsbad, CA | $75 per 50-minute session.

• Licensed Clinicians: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (CA license required)
• Experience: 1-2 years post-licensure
• Specialties that align with our practice:
• Young adults and life transitions
• Anxiety spectrum disorders and OCD
• Divorce recovery and relationship challenges
• Disordered eating recovery
• Stress management and coping strategies

• $75 per 50-minute session
• Insurance credentialing support on key panels
• Monthly consultation group meetings with colleagues
• Continuing education stipend
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

• Opportunity to develop individual, group, and couples therapy offerings
• Collaboration with other therapeutic professionals
• Hybrid model transitioning to in-person (research shows in-person therapy often provides stronger therapeutic alliance, better non-verbal communication, and reduced technological barriers that can interfere with the therapeutic process)
• Support in building your specialized niche within our established referral network
