Your Role & Impact
As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their visit with professionalism and compassion. You’ll manage front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, register patients, and collect payments. You’ll also support clinical staff by maintaining accurate records and ensuring a clean, organized reception area.
What We’re Looking For:This position is TEMPORARY and is expected to end in October. Could possibly extended.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in an administrative/clerical role
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- Be a welcoming presence for patients in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Collaborate with a supportive team to improve patient satisfaction

The pay range for this role is $23.00 - $32.20 on an hourly basis. (depending on experience)
