Calling all compassionate, reliable North County caregivers! Do you have a heart for helping older adults one-on-one in their homes? Windward Life Care is hiring non-medical Home Care Aides in the North County area!

• $21.50-$24.00/hr pay rate for most North County shifts, PLUS additional incentives for:
• Weekends + $1/hr
• Shorter shifts (less than 8 hours) + $2/hr and $20 gas stipend
• Inland Encinitas, Oceanside, Carlsbad, North Escondido and more!
• Work with a team of professional Care Managers with 24/7 support

Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Transferring, Assisting with walking, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands and Appointments, Medication Reminders, Managing Dementia and Alzheimer s Related Behaviors

• Caregiving experience with older adults, including:
  Alzheimer's/Dementia, Personal Care (Bathing/Showering, Incontinence Care)
• You are dependable, reliable, and an efficient problem solver
• Valid Driver s License, Auto Insurance and Clean Driving Record - must feel comfortable driving clients in your vehicle
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 40 lbs unassisted
• Ability to pass Home Care Services Bureau Live Scan background check and TB Test
  - We will PAY for costs in the application and Live Scan process!
• This position requires compliance with company infection control and safety protocols, including wearing a face covering during certain work activities.
