Qualifications Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

Food Handler’s certification.

Serve meals according to prescribed diet order/food allergies and resident preferences.

Prepare and deliver Nourishments (10am, 3pm, & HS as requested) to Goldberg Healthcare & alert charge nurse upon arrival of nourishments.

Maintain up-to-date list of residents assigned nourishments.

Tally all selective menus prior to each meal & inform the cook of special menu needs prior to the meal.

Maintain current dietary records to include Diet order/Drink preference/Adaptive equipment list, food allergies, food likes and dislikes.
