We’re looking for compassionate, reliable night owls to provide top-notch care for seniors in North County (Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and surrounding areas). If you’re a natural helper who wants to make a real difference while the rest of the world sleeps, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll be doing :Keeping our clients safe and comfortable through the night.
Assisting with late-night or early-morning personal care (dressing, hygiene).
Fall prevention (being that steady hand when they need to get up).
Providing gentle companionship and peace of mind for families.

1 hour to 12-hour night shiftsPaid Training: We’ll make sure you’re set up for success.

Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willingness to get registered (we can help!).
Current TB test (or able to get one within 7 days).
