Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, a JC Golf property, offers an exciting opportunity for a reliable and efficient Cart Barn Attendant with strong customer service skills. The role involves delivering clean, safe golf carts to guests and providing first‑class customer service at all times.

• Greet guests upon arrival with a clean, safe and properly stocked cart and assist with golf bags.
• Approach guests at the end of their round to clean clubs and help return carts.
• Follow procedures to perform routine tasks: collect and clean range balls, store, clean, and charge carts; remove trash from staging areas; open and close the bag room and cart storage area.
• Understand and respond to guest needs and requests promptly and professionally.

• Efficient, reliable, safety‑minded with high quality service standards.
• Strong verbal communication skills; professional and friendly manner.
• English fluency required.
• Good team player, courteous, customer‑service focused.
