Join our team as a Wyld Life Staff Associate in the vibrant coastal community of Encinitas, California. We are looking for a staff person to be ALL IN with students and recruit a dedicated team of volunteer leaders to join you in the mission. Through formal training and hands‑on field ministry experience, you will learn to effectively carry out and manage Wyld Life ministry, making a lasting impact on the lives of middle schoolers.

You will work alongside an experienced staff team in a welcoming, thriving region of Southern California, all while living and hanging out with teenagers in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

We are looking to grow our clubs through excellent contact work and direct ministry in the Encinitas community. A suitable candidate should have proven experience as a volunteer leader and a desire to increase their capacity as a staff person.

Our Encinitas committee is well-established and ready to resource incredible ministry work for the staff team. You will be joining an existing Area Director and staff team who are eager to help you multiply ministry to the next level at our two primary campuses:

• Oak Crest Middle School
• Diegueño Middle School

We desire a candidate who is passionate about investing at least 30 hours a week with students in the area. Your primary focus will be leading and developing ministry reach at both Oak Crest and Diegueño Middle Schools, fostering meaningful relationships, and building a sustainable volunteer culture.

• Base Salary: $31,560 - $47,436 per year.
