Qualifications
  • Able to pass pre‑employment physical/TB test
  • Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
  • RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Coordinate and ensure accurate admissions and discharges while providing excellent customer service
  • Provide quality nursing care and conduct daily resident assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, monitor compliance with policies, and assist with staff education and performance evaluations
  • Administer medications and treatments safely, monitor drug interactions, and initiate emergency procedures as needed
  • Serve as primary contact for physicians, residents, families, and community guests to address questions and concerns
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care by reviewing reports and communicating changes in resident condition
  • Protect resident rights, privacy, and safety while promoting a professional image and addressing resident and family concerns
