Qualifications
  • Able to pass pre‑employment physical/TB test
  • Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
  • LVN license
  • BLS certification
  • Food Handlers' certification
  • Oversee resident documentation and ensure accurate record‑keeping, including service plans, physician orders, and incident reports.
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff (LVNs, Med Techs, caregivers, etc.) to ensure proper care and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage medication administration and treatment processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and DSS regulations.
  • Respond to emergency calls and assess resident conditions, notifying the appropriate parties of any changes in care needs.
  • Assist with the admission and re‑admission processes for residents, including setting up medical records and coordinating necessary services.
  • Monitor and support quality assurance efforts, including incident reporting, wound care, and the implementation of infection control procedures.
  • Maintain communication with families, physicians, and staff regarding resident care, ensuring updates are provided as needed.
