• Anticipated salary range: $155,000 – $200,000 per year.

• Perform physical examinations applying the medical model and nursing process to patient care problems.
• Maintain consistency of quality patient care.
• Discern normal and abnormal findings and consult with physician advisors as needed.
• Evaluate diagnoses, manage certain illnesses and conditions, order appropriate laboratory studies, and identify suitable pharmacologic or non‑pharmacologic interventions.
• Refer or consult with other physicians.
• Conduct hospital consults and participate in inpatient rounding when required.
• Develop and implement patient education activities.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and referring providers.
• Provide leadership in care coordination and serve as a clinical resource to medical assistants and chemotherapy nurses.

• Master's Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current California Registered Nurse license & California Nurse Practitioner License.
• Approved Nurse Practitioner Furnishing License within 6 months of hire.
• DEA registration within 6 months of hire.
• National Nurse Practitioner Board Certification.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Proficiency with EMR/computer skills.
• 2+ year commitment preferred.
• Mission‑driven towards comprehensive patient care, with a desire to develop depth in caring for the patient as a whole and establish roots in the provider community.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Calm under pressure.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Clinical curiosity.
