Overview
RN DOU / PCU — Full-Time, 12-Hour Night Shift
Facility:
Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a plan of care and patient progress toward expected outcomes.
- Take primary responsibility for patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under supervision.
- Collaborate with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
- At least 6 months of experience in a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) or Stepdown Unit.
Full Time (72 hours per pay period), 12-Hour Night Shift, located at Scripps Memorial Encinitas.
