• Administers medications under the supervision of the Director and LVN Supervisor, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assists with processing physician’s orders for prescriptions and treatments, maintaining accurate records and observing residents’ health changes.
• Supervises and provides guidance to all associates and med techs, fostering a positive work environment and addressing performance concerns.
• Coordinates staff schedules, orders supplies, and assists with resident medical appointments and admission/re‑admission processes.
• Responds to resident issues and uses proper judgment for care, documenting and communicating changes to the Director and LVN Supervisor.
• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dining room service, and records vital signs such as BP, temperature, and pulse rate.

• Able to pass pre‑employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
• Food Handlers’ certification
• First Aid certification
