• Able to pass pre‑employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
• Food Handlers' certification
• First Aid certification
• Assist Director and LVN Supervisor of AL in medication management
• Provides clerical and computer support, including reordering medications and supplies in compliance with DSS regulations
• Demonstrates proficiency in the Matrix Electronic Medical Records system and supports staff training related to medication ordering and administration
• Responds to emergency calls, assists with ADLs, and follows medication administration procedures
• Assists with meal service, monitors food intake, and ensures proper resident transfers
• Encourages resident participation in activities, reports changes in resident conditions, and assists with the admission/re‑admission process
• Maintains confidentiality, follows safety protocols, and helps train new staff in the med assistant role
