About the RoleAs a full‑time Brand Associate, you’ll bring our brand to life for our customers. You’ll engage and connect with customers, delivering excellent customer service and creating brand loyalty. You’ll be an expert in product knowledge, educate, inform, inspire and help customers build their wardrobes. Collaborating with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best‑in‑class omni‑channel customer experience.
What You’ll Do- Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
- Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
- Enhance customer experience using all omni‑channel offerings.
- Be accountable to personal goals that contribute to overall store goals and results.
- Support the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house as required.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
- Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
- Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
- A good communicator who effectively interacts with customers and team to meet goals.
- A customer‑focused service provider both on and off the sales floor, delivering an exceptional experience.
- Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- A problem solver focused on continuous improvement, always learning, open to feedback, and taking action as required.
- Agreeable to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Able to utilize retail technology.
- Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Hourly Pay RangeUSD $18.00 – $18.50 per hour. Pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We meet or exceed minimum wage or the pay range minimum (whichever is higher) per city, county, and state requirements.
