Overview

Join Sprouts Farmers Market as a Courtesy Clerk and serve as a front‑line customer service ambassador in a fast‑paced natural foods store.

• Handle and bag customers’ groceries while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Help shoppers find products, gather and organize carts in the entrance area, and maintain a clean, safe environment by sweeping or picking up spills.
• Represent Sprouts to customers and teammates with a friendly, outgoing attitude and a positive team spirit.
• Provide support to other team members across the store as needed.
• Adapt to changing schedules and operating hours to meet business needs.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable, reliable, and friendly.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes with business demands.
• Follow all front end procedures and work closely with other team members throughout the store.

Hourly wage: $17.00 – $18.75, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
