Journeyman Tile Setter job at People Ready, Encinitas, CA. As a Journeyman Tile Setter with People Ready Skilled Trades, you will support contractors throughout San Diego County. This long‑term role offers weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and a flexible work schedule. Hourly rate: $30 – $35 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate based on relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Monetary compensation and a competitive benefits package, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, short‑term disability, critical illness, accident and hospital indemnity. Additional compensation such as referral bonuses may be available.

• Install shower floor tiles and grout.
• Install 2' × 4' exterior tiles and grout.
• Use tools such as trowels, levels, grinders, sponges, grouting trowel, buckets, and a tile saw.

• Proven experience as a tile setter.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality work.
• Must have personal tools and PPE.
